Women's health link "could not be found" Check every single link on the webpage

There are no options to screen or compare different children's health products. This is HUGE market and something mothers are looking for. There is already a women's health section, why not include one for children?

It's not obvious on the main landing page what this website does. I don't like having to scroll down for basic information. There should be something at the top that explains what this site does and why it's the best.
